Dear Scenic Hills Community Members,
  

                                            FIRE DEPARTMENT

                                      DEFENSIBLE SPACE CLEARANCE

                                                                                                              2024

Scenic Hills is located within a Fire Hazard Severity Zone, therefore all units will be inspected, probably during May 2024, you do not need to be home.  An inspection fee of $151/unit will be charged on property tax bill.
  

Inspectors are looking for “clean, lean, and green” areas 0 to 5 feet from buildings and maintained vegetation with adequate spacing up to 30 feet from buildings.

A letter of compliance or remediation needed will be received at each address.  If a remediation letter is received and the area of concern is in the common area contact the SH office.  There are 30 days to comply with areas needing remediation.

General session HOA minutes will be available for member review one week following the meeting date.

CONTACT THE OFFICE TO REQUEST A COPY.

Any suggested additions/corrections need to reach the office 2 weeks prior to next HOA General meeting so that concerns can be addressed.

After approval minutes will continue to be available on SH website scenic-hills-hoa.com and posted on the bulletin board in clubhouse hallway.
