Scenic Hills monthly HOA dues of $561.00 are payable on the first of each month. In order to avoid a late fee of $56.10, dues must be in the office by the 15th of each month. On the rare occasion you don’t receive a monthly statement, please be aware that the dues are still due on the first of the month. Billing statements are sent as a courtesy. Payment of assessments is required even if you do not receive a billing statement.
Checks received before the first of the month will not be posted until the first of the month. For example, if you send your October payment on 9/22/2020, your payment will not be posted until at least 10/01/2020. Also, if you are looking at your checking account statement to see if your check has cleared, give it about three weeks to clear the bank.
Ways to pay your dues include:
Drop your dues off at the HOA onsite office on Wednesdays from 9am-1pm
Mail your dues through the US Postal Service to 19425 Soledad Canyon Rd. Ste #125 Santa Clarita, CA 91351
Online through the portal- Contact us at 661-476-4403 if you need assistance.

Please don’t put furniture in the common areas. As we always say, what seems to be attractive for you is not necessarily okay with your neighbors.
Please pick up after your pets AND bring it home. Dumping it in your neighbor’s trash is not acceptable, particularly if the trash has been picked up already. The same goes for dumping pet waste in the golf course trash cans.
Please do not plant things in the common areas. We cannot plant everything that a given homeowner might want of the HOA, and we will not remove current plants to make room for what a particular owner may request. We were doing some replanting on bare spots, removing some dead plants, and sprucing up areas that had not seen any vegetation for a while. We had to stop because summer is not the best time to plant.
Please do not put trellises directly against the stucco. If you are growing a vine or climbing plant, please make sure it stands away from the stucco. We found damage on the stucco during our current repainting project, and it costs money (think potential increased HOA dues) to repair it.
Please do not feed the wildlife! We have received many complaints about rodents that are drawn to the bird feeders in common areas. Please do not put out containers with dog food for the coyotes or lettuce and carrots for the bunnies. We do not want to resort to using poisons that kill other animals in a domino effect. Again, please do your part to help us keep our community free of vermin and pests.
Landscape maintenance schedule: the lawns are done once a week, the greens on the golf course twice a week, and the general landscape (trimming, leaves, needles, etc.) happens every six weeks. So, if you see the gardeners around your home today, the next time will be in six weeks. When people say, “I haven’t seen them for over a month,” that is normal.
Bags with leaves from your patio can be put out on the curb every Monday and will be picked up.
